Using CBSP as a member.
A practical guide to registration, referrals, sales activity and understanding how commission depends on the program in which a transaction occurs.
Registration
Join using a valid Referral ID and Registration / Product Access Code. Existing CBSP products use the established scratch-card process. Product Owner access codes identify the relevant Product Owner product and program automatically.
Existing members can continue to use their CBSP login credentials. Keep your password private and sign out when using a shared device.
Your Referral ID and personal link
Your Member ID also acts as your Referral ID. The personal CBSP referral URL can be copied and shared for the original CBSP registration flow. Product Owner program referrals must also be active in the relevant program before a new member can join under them.
Dashboard
Your dashboard shows your CBSP network, active/inactive members, direct referrals, current designation commission rate, earnings, payments, balance, purchases and commission activity.
My CBSP Network
The network page represents the original CBSP referral hierarchy from top to bottom. Product Owner programs maintain separate program sponsor relationships for commission processing and are not forced into this same hierarchy.
My Profile
Review your member information, Referral ID, personal link, current CBSP designation rate, recorded personal sales and commission earned. Contact the program administrator where a controlled field requires correction.
Sales & commissions
Commission earning depends on the rules of the program in which the sale occurs. The relevant active plan determines the commission levels, values and qualification requirements for configured Product Owner programs.
My Earnings & Payouts
Use My Earnings & Payouts to see lifetime commission, bank payments received, commission available for the next cycle, amounts already allocated to a payout, holds, and your complete payout history. Maintain your bank account there; new or changed bank details remain pending until CBSP Finance verifies them. Every numbered payout statement shows gross commission, deductions, adjustments, net payable, bank-payment references and the commission records included.
Participation in Product Owner programs
A CBSP member can participate in more than one approved Product Owner program. Each program may use a different sponsor relationship and commission policy, so earning rules should always be explained in the context of the relevant program.
Good practice
- Use the correct Referral ID and joining code for the intended program.
- Represent products accurately and avoid unapproved claims.
- Keep customer and account information confidential.
- Understand the active program commission plan before explaining earning opportunities.
- Keep your personal and banking information up to date.
- Ask the administrator when a transaction or commission does not match your records.
