Product content should be useful, attractive and easy to understand — but it also needs to be accurate. CBSP therefore separates the product catalogue and media experience from the underlying business records and allows authorized administrators to update descriptions, images, videos and articles from Back Office.
For nutrition and herbal products, evidence can evolve. Recent systematic reviews of moringa show why cautious wording matters: promising laboratory or small-study findings do not automatically establish a guaranteed clinical benefit. Keeping product content editable allows CBSP to revise public information when approved packaging, supplier documentation or better evidence becomes available.
The same principle applies to photographs and videos. UAT can use properly attributed demo media, while production should prioritize approved CBSP product photography and official videos.
